Course Overview:

Delegating effectively can be difficult, this course considers the importance of delegation as an essential management skill.  It looks at how to effectively plan, communicate and overcome barriers.  Effective delegation can empower, motivate and reduce stress if carried out correctly

Duration:  This two-day programme provides the essential techniques required to enable managers to delegate effectively.  There is a problem solving and critical thinking element to this course – hence the extended time.
