Engaging in safety conversations

Course Overview:

Engaging in safety conversations is linked to other management topic content for managing self, others and teams.  This half day virtual workshop is designed to empower delegates to take charge of their operational areas.  To embed cultural shift, the delegates will be required to design an action oriented framework that suits their operational area. This practical approach is designed to encourage engagement with the application of acquired knowledge. 

 Delegates are free to participate and to challenge different approaches designed to improve safety behaviours, this provides ownership and relevance for delegates.  Ultimately, the activities within this programme provide delegates with the ownership of the organisation’s ‘next steps’ in engaging safety conversations has the potential to result in an increase in the quality and frequency of performance and safety conversations with the result of creating a safer workplace.
