Intent Based Leadership

Course Overview:

Intent based leadership is an approach that looks at developing a working environment where people are encouraged to be accountable for their work.  Individuals become confident in themselves and feel more able to give intent to one another – feeling a sense of pride and value in their contribution.  As an approach it is it is highly motivating and maximises potential from teams.   This course explains this modern approach to leadership and provides a structure of how to ‘get there’.  

This model is based on David Marquet’s Turn the Ship Around approach.
