Strategy, Corporate Responsibility and Ethics
Course Overview
Course Overview:
This course has been designed to encourage delegates to link their professional behaviours to corporate strategy, processes of management and operations. The reputation and influence of the organisation is reflected within the mission, purpose and values of the organisation. These values – and corporate ethics – should be mirrored and enforced by all employees to enhance the reputation of the organisation.
This course provides the opportunity for delegates to reflect on corporate strategy and where their function fits in with corporate goals. Delegates will explore the significance of goals/objectives/policy and will review the scope of corporate responsibilities. This leads onto discussions about the value of mirroring and respecting stakeholder expectations, principles, values and ideologies. All delegates should leave the programme able to consider professional approaches to all work activities to ensure that values and ethics are part of corporate behaviours.
