What will I learn?

Course content includes: Bacteria, Food Poisoning & Food Borne Infection, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, Preventing Food Poisoning, Personal Hygiene, Food Premises & Equipment, Food Pests, Cleaning & Disinfection, Food Hygiene Law, and concludes with a multiple choice exam.

This course can be delivered at College, "In house" or online, with final exam on campus.
