De-stress with Mindfulness
Course Overview
The one day course includes mindfulness exercises that can be incorporated into lifestyle and the workplace.
The positive benefits to mental wellbeing with coping strategies is developed when learning how to be more mindful.
The participants are encouraged to identify triggers and assess how present in the moment or running on autopilot they are.
Sharing experiences and participating in mindfulness practices adds to the enjoyment with a support booklet provided to further develop the practice on course completion.
