Has your organisation’s productivity suffered through illness related absence?
Or perhaps you’re fed up of feeling tired, lethargic and just ‘under the weather’?
This college-certificated course is designed to provide an introduction to health and fitness. This is a practical course aimed at those wishing to adopt a healthier lifestyle and gain an understanding of health benefits of physical activity for physiological and mental health, motivating individual’s to find ways of integrating exercise around their working life.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in health and fitness baseline testing enabling them to gain an understanding of their current health and fitness level. This will allow them to set realistic goals.

- Benefits of fitness training
- Best use of available equipment
- Creating a personal training plan
