Our staff have a fond memory of Amy's time at College. Leeon Hey, Paisley Campus Drama Lecturer, is still in touch with her and follows closely her career progression. Leeon says: "We're really behind Amy for this award - she really deserves it!"
Amy recognises that College has helped her gain confidence and start her career:
College was the first place I started to truly believe I could do this as a job. That it was something that was possible. I am so grateful to the people I met and the lecturers I worked with while I was there. I would not be where I am today without their generosity and experience. The training was invaluable and it gave me the tools to keep going once I left.
We were also delighted to see that Amy's success was highlighted on national press.
