Local school Pupils Get a Taste for Professional Cookery thanks to West College Scotland and DYW
Inspired by International Chefs Day that highlights the importance of passing on knowledge and culinary skills to the next generation of chefs, West College Scotland in partnership with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) hosted a school ‘takeover’ which saw over 200 school pupils from 30 different schools visit the Colleges campuses in Clydebank, Greenock and Paisley.

WCS Supports Green Legacy Hiroshima
West College Scotland’s Learner Development department are to become partners of the Green Legacy Hiroshima Initiative. The project has been established to safeguard and spread worldwide, the seeds and saplings of Hiroshima’s atomic Bomb survivor trees.
