Delivered over 8 sessions, the group of both support and teaching colleagues from across the College gained new digital skills in a range of Microsoft programmes including Planner, Assignments, Stream and Delve to name a few. This will ensure that we are able to continue to deliver and support the highest standard of digital education provision.  

The Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) programmes recognise global educator visionaries who are using technology to pave the way for their peers for better learning and student outcomes.

The new recruits help to support the College in retaining our Microsoft Showcase School status which we were delighted to again be awarded for 2021-22! In 2020, West College Scotland were one of 325 education institutions from 58 countries around the world, 1 of just 3 Colleges in Scotland, who represent the returning cohort of Microsoft Showcase Schools.
