We are delighted to announce that Anne Campbell, currently the Vice Principal of Skills and Experience at Ayrshire College, has been appointed as the new Principal and Chief Executive of West College Scotland.

Anne brings with her a wealth of experience in the education sector, including having served as Assistant Principal here at West between 2013 and 2019.

At Ayrshire College Anne has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing student experience, and fostering key, mutually beneficial industry partnerships.

In her new role, Anne will lead West College Scotland into its next chapter, shaping the college’s strategic direction, championing excellence in education, widening access, and strengthening our community and business connections.

Anne is deeply committed to creating opportunities for learners, supporting staff development, and ensuring that West College Scotland continues to play a vital role in the region’s economic growth and social prosperity.

Speaking on confirmation of her new position, Anne said "I feel very privileged to be appointed Principal and Chief Executive of West College Scotland.
