This year West College Scotland is delighted to announce that it has appointed four Fellowships which were presented at the Graduation and Award ceremonies in September.

This year marks the 200th anniversary of the death of James Watt, the Greenock-born engineer and inventor whose development of the steam engine drove the Industrial Revolution and transformed the world.

Our HND Graphic Design students had the opportunity to work on an exciting live competition last term.

Three shortlisted HND Interior Design students were invited to client Keppie Design's ‘BEST PRACTICE EVENING’ on Friday 7 June 2019. In-front of 40+ Architects and Designers, our talented students presented their ‘Studio for an Artist’ final design solutions.

In September 2018 our HND Interior Design students were given a brief to work to which was mentored by David Ross, Director of Keppie Design Limited. The brief was simple - students were to create ‘an artist studio’ for a contemporary artist or sculptor, whose work and practice makes use of natural light.
