Course Details:
The BA Hons Drama Theatre and Performance in partnership with Queen Margaret University is a two-year course at West College Scotland, providing students with the opportunity to develop their skills in the Creative Industries upon completion of HND Acting or equivalent as agreed with QMU.
Students will be introduced to key practitioners and encouraged to develop individual and group projects through devised work, playwriting and production skills. Opportunities to develop skills in teaching and community work are included in the curriculum and students are encouraged to focus on future educational and employment opportunities as part of their coursework. Our aim is to support students at the beginning of their career through a wide range of relevant and inspiring content.
This course requires students to attend a full time Bridging course in June 2025 (dates to be arranged) and interviews will take place from January 2025. Applicants should provide evidence of qualifications and a relevant academic and practical reference.
