Whether you’re interested in producing music, mixing live sound or working to develop talented artists, the HNC Sound Production course at West College Scotland provides exciting experiences to build your skills and confidence.
Our graduates have successfully pursued careers as sound engineers, music producers, live sound technicians and educators. The practical experience you gain throughout this course positions you well for a variety of roles in sound production.
In this course, you’ll learn to master music software, run professional recording sessions, and take charge of live sound at events. You’ll gain experience in both the studio and live environment, have the opportunity to record and develop artists and produce your own music.
Students can further their studies with an HND – most of our students then articulate directly to University. We are the only Steinberg approved training centre in Scotland.
