Overview
What will I learn?
A variety of creative and practical subjects to develop independent living skills.
What qualifications do I need?
All applicants will be invited to attend a school development link or some taster sessions. Although there are no formal entry requirements we would expect you to demonstrate that you can participate and behave appropriately in a classroom setting.
To be offered a place on a course applicants should: demonstrate a willingness to participate in classroom activities; behave appropriately in a classroom setting, and; demonstrate an ability to communicate at the course level.
What can I do after?
Students can progress on to the Work Preparation course or another Learner Development course if they are able to travel independently.
