Overview

What will I learn?

This exciting new course gives you the opportunity to choose whatever modules you wish to study within our Creative Industries department at our Clydebank and Greenock campuses.

We run NC courses in:

• Architectural Design
• Graphic Design
• Media
• Music
• Photography
• Social Media
• Sound Production
• Television

So if you don’t know where you want to specialise or if you just have an interest in different areas of the Creative Industries, this course gives you the opportunity to choose a mix of any modules from the NC courses we run and to create a course unique to you and your interests, building your own timetable along the way.

What qualifications do I need?

No formal qualifications are required for you to gain entry to this course. However, any qualifications you have will be discussed at your interview and any you hold at SCQF level 5 or above will greatly enhance your chances of being accepted on to the course. Regardless of your current qualifications, the interview will be most important, where you must show you have a passion for the Creative Industries and for learning.

Successful completion of this course gives you the opportunity to move into several Creative Industry HNC courses, such as:

• HNC Music Business
• HNC Graphic Design

This course can be taken either full time or part time – there are many flexible options available to you as to when and how long you can take to complete this course. This can all be discussed with you at interview.
