Overview

What will I learn?

This course is aimed at practising or aspiring leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or to the owner of a business.

The award provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities required for managers and will help to develop the skills required for this level of responsibility.

There is an opportunity to progress to CMI Certificate with a broader level of knowledge in specific management areas, or to CMI Diploma that gives a comprehensive bank of skills and knowledge and enables the individual to apply their learning in the context of the wider business environment or industry sector.

  • S8006v1 Conducting a Management Project (10 credits)

What qualifications do I need?

There are no formal entry requirements, although core skills in Communication and IT are highly desirable. You will need access to a laptop to do this course.

What can I do after?

Completion of this course enables you to become an impactful manager.

You may wish to progress to a CMI Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership or other similar courses.

Duration: 6 weeks every Tuesday evening

Time: 5.30pm-7.30pm

Course Cost: £599 plus £140 membership of the CMI and registration for your qualification.
