What will I learn?
You'll study the following:
- General English at National 3 level
- ESOL and ICT
- Numeracy
- Grammar in Action
- Vocabulary in Action
- Introduction to Pronunciation
This course is for learners whose first language isn’t English. The course will give you the language skills you need to communicate in a range of routine personal, social and work-based situations.
What qualifications do I need?
You don't need any ESOL qualifications, but you must have the right English level for this course. We will ask you to come and do a language assessment, so we can find the most suitable level of study for you.
What can I do after?
After successfully completing this course you'll have the language skills you need to find a job requiring some use of English. Or you could develop your skills by studying another course, such as:
