What will I learn?
This course provides a broad introduction to the different aspects of care in modern society including.
- Care: Values and Principles
- Human Development and Behaviour
- Care: Social Influences
- Digitally Enabled Care and Support
- Working in Early Years Settings
- Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing
What qualifications do I need?
Minimum of 3 x National 4 awards, one if which is preferably English. For those returning to study then alternative qualifications and experience will be considered
What can I do after?
Successful completion of course may enable progression to SWAP Access to Nursing , National 5 Care or Higher Health & Social Care

Duration: 18 weeks/ 3 days per week on campus.
Time: 9am to 4.20pm
