What will I learn?
The overall aim of this course is to help you build skills required to participate in community/voluntary projects.
Course content may include:
- Cookery
- Numeracy
- Project Work and Group Activities
- Leisure Activities
- IT
What qualifications do I need?
This course is intended for students with additional support needs who need help to develop their independent living skills.
Entry to the programme is decided after an interview before the class starts. If personal care support is required you should discuss this at interview.
What can I do after?
We will assist you with your application to work in the voluntary sector to become more involved in your community.
