What will I learn?
On this course you’ll study two main sciences and the range of subjects you’ll learn includes relevant options from:

- Science investigation skills
- Science practical skills
- Human Body
- Microbiology
What qualifications do I need?
You'll need a National 4 or equivalent qualification in relevant subjects, like Chemistry and Maths as well as Biology.
For applicants where English is not the first language you will be required to provide evidence of ESOL at minimum of Level 5 Grade C or above (or equivalent).
To help you decide if this is the right course for you, you’ll be invited to attend an information session.
What can I do after?
After completion of this course you could develop your skills further by studying another course, such as:
- Access to HNC Science Level 6 (Biology/Chemistry)
- Access to Biomedical Science Level 6
